New Video: Quem Vai te Salvar | DNSM

With eclectic influences such as Depeche Mode, Secos e Molhados, Mutantes and Chemical Brothers, DNSM creates unique sound atmospheres and beautiful melodies.

DNSM, a São Paulo (Brazil) based band that mixes rock with electronic music, released the lyric video of the song "Quem Vai te Salvar", from the EP 'Soma', available on streaming platforms since last year. The video is an animation with punctual social criticism, produced by Handel Meireles, who has worked in other productions of the band. The launch marks the beginning of the 'DNSM Convida' project, a series of lives, each with a different special guest.

JJ Zen, lead singer of the band, explains the origin of the DNSM Convida project, made possible with support from ProAc and the Aldir Blanc Law.

"The health crisis that the world is experiencing has shown that it is necessary to share, to break barriers and borders for a greater good. In the same way, we understand that it is necessary to share the public space and the digital/online world with other artists, who have been hard affected by the current crisis. We must not forget those who also work in this medium, whether outside or before the stage. "

The project will be of short duration, but with significant value for independent music, points out the band. There will be six online shows with six guest artists, who will perform together at the DNSM, playing songs from both the hostess and her career.

The first performance took place on February 6, with the band Fogo Corredor. The second February 6 featured Teorias do Amor Moderno. The other livestreams will include Gustavo da Lua, Dieguito Reis, Sancô and Arte Kerosene as guests.

This work, in addition to rendering videos and EPs that will be released on social networks, should also show the possibility and viability of the union of the peoples represented by these artists, even if small, but that take the meaning of joint action in the great history of independent music.

The performances are broadcast free of charge by the band's YouTube and Facebook.
